Creatively Digital: Photography
Duration: 20 hours
Summary
The aim of this course is to develop your skills and confidence to be able to take good photographs with your own cameras and be able to display them in an exhibition.
Outcomes
Your tutor will take you through each task step-by-step using a range of interactive teaching and learning activities until you feel able to work confidently at your own pace. You will cover the following topics:
- What all the functions on your camera do
- Explore the rule of thirds
- How to frame
- Taking landscape photos
- Taking portrait photos
- Taking close up photos
Progression
After completing this course at we encourage learners to enrol on other Creatively Digital courses such as Imaging or Videos or learners may chose to go on to a Level 1 Photography course. If they have particularly enjoyed working on computers then learners may also chose to join a ‘Computer Skills for Beginners’ course and work towards the Entry Level ICT Functional Skills qualifications.
