Summary
This 10 hour course is for parents/carers and grandparents who are interested in devising play opportunities to support their child’s learning. You will be able to explain how these play opportunities support your child’s development.
Outcomes
- Learn about how playing with puppets can support a child’s speaking and listening skills
- Find out how children learn through storytelling, using props they have created
- Learn about how patterns support a child’s maths learning
- Carry out a science experiment, using appropriate technical language
