World Mental Health Day

10th October is World Mental Health Day. This year’s event is highlighting the importance of mental health in the workplace. At Realise Futures we take mental health in the workplace seriously and discuss it without stigma. We have trained mental health first aiders for our workforce, and we have created a supportive working environment. Be sure to check out our upcoming courses below.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

  • Raise awareness of the issues surrounding mental health difficulties
  • Dispel some of the myths and misconceptions frequently linked to mental health issues
  • Develop learners’ knowledge of the rights of those with mental health issue

STRESS MANAGEMENT

On this course you will gain an understanding of what we mean by stress, the various causes of stress
in your life and how this impacts your wellbeing. You will you explore and identify skills for managing
stress in your daily life.
