About Realise Futures
The company is organised in three divisions, Learning, Coaching & Advice, Employment and RF Works (seven distinct social businesses). Together they provide professional and tailored opportunities that support people to realise their potential.
We are one of the largest social enterprises in the East of England, employing around 240 people, 41% of whom have a disability.
Success, for us, is measured by the positive impact on the lives of those we support and progress, as well as the profit we generate.

Social Impact
Realise Futures has enhanced its commitment to reducing carbon footprint where we have control. We engage with and purchase from local suppliers of products and services as part of the local circular economy. In addition we prioritise the use of local community venues to deliver contracted provision, supporting the local community, enabling easier access for those living and working in rural communities.
The social and economic benefits and impact delivered by Realise Futures over a 12 month period:
individuals were supported into paid employment within Suffolk-based companies.
individuals received wellbeing support in a real work setting with opportunities to develop life and independence skills through a variety of person-centred activities.
individuals enrolled onto new learning opportunities.
peer group sessions were held across the county for Adults with Learning Difficulties and/or Autism to enhance independence, financial, social and life skills.
drop-in Career, Information, Advice & Guidance appointments were made to support disadvantaged people identify their key goals and support them in their progression.
